Mision: The Muntinlupa Scholarship Program aims to stimulate, encourage, and uphold its objectives to prepare the students for a better life in the future and serve as role models of their generation physically, mentally, socially, morally and spritually. It extends educational and financial support
to those who cannot afford to pay for their education but willing to finish their studies and those who excel academically in school.
The Muntinlupa Scholarship Division is the official financial educational assistance management arm of the City Government of Muntinlupa, Philippines.

Granted to Muntinlupa Public Senior High School Graduates and other existing MSD Senior High School (Grade 12) Beneficiaries for post-secondary studies.
Each shall be given the amount of five thousand pesos (Php 5,000) as one-time initial assistance to help them enroll in colleges, universities, technical and vocational schools.
